Home Care in Malvern, Worcester and Hereford

Having a paid carer come to visit you in your home can make a huge difference to your life, especially if you have difficulty walking or getting around. It can help you stay living independently in your own home.

You might want to consider care at home if:

  • you're finding it difficult to cope with daily routines, such as washing, dressing and getting out and about
  • you do not want to move into a care home
  • you can still get about your home and it's safe for you to live in – or it can be adapted to make it safe

At Care4Me, we provide companionship for both adults and the elderly. You can rely on our professional and compassionate caregivers to provide you with the best service.

Our clients are involved in the decision making and creating of their customised plan. We offer emotional support to family members of our customers as well. At Acer Care, we also understand the importance of open communication.

Our Care Givers are trained to ensure that the appropriate safety precautions are taken to promote health and wellbeing. The Care Plan we develop with you will confirm the number and length of visits required on a daily or weekly basis and the type of help required.

Our clients:

Feel that they are treated with respect and dignity. Treated equally and protected against any discrimination. Supported in maintaining their independence. Assisted to make their own decisions.

Domiciliary Care

This is for clients who need help occasionally throughout the day or night (10pm - 7am) but not continuously. We will visit you in your home to discuss your needs prior to placing a care assistant with you. A Service User Care Assessment and Care Plan is produced through consultation with each client to ensure we gather accurate information about care needs, wishes, preferences and personal goals.

Most of our clients need help during the day to aid getting up, washed and dressed in the morning or visa versa at night for example. Some may just need help preparing meals and may like some company while they eat. Each client is individual and will be treated as so.

We have a flexible night care service if this is required, you can choose from one of the following:

  • This service is for clients who need domiciliary care from  10pm - 7am
  • Sitting - This service is for those who may need some assistance during the night and your domiciliary carer will expect only to be called periodically from 10pm - 7am.
  • Sleeping - This service ensures that you are not left alone from 10pm - 7am.

If you choose the sleeping service, you will be expected to provide a bed for the domiciliary carer.
